Welcome to SmmYFit. Please read our Cancellation & Refund Policy carefully before placing any order. By using our services, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Order Cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter processing. Once an order has started, cancellation depends on its delivery status.

Full Refund

If your order is cancelled before any service has been delivered, you will receive a 100% refund to your SmmYFit account balance.

Partial Refund

If an order has been partially completed, the delivered quantity will be charged and the remaining amount will be refunded to your account balance.

No Refill Services

Services marked as No Refill are provided without any refill guarantee.

  • No Refill orders cannot be cancelled after processing starts.
  • No refunds are available for No Refill services once processing has begun.
  • Please order No Refill services only if you fully understand the associated risks.

Wrong Order

If you accidentally place the wrong order, contact our WhatsApp support immediately before processing begins. Our team will review your request and cancel the order if it has not yet entered processing.

Refund Method

Approved refunds are credited to your SmmYFit account balance and can be used for future orders.
