1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering or using SmmYFit, you acknowledge and agree to these Terms and any updates we publish. You also confirm that your use of our panel complies with the respective social media platforms’ terms (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, TikTok, etc.).

2. Eligibility & Legal Use

• You must be at least 18 years old or legally eligible in your country.
• Accounts involved in fraudulent, spam, or unlawful activities will be suspended.
• We may request identity or address verification (KYC/AML) if suspicious activity is detected.

3. Account Responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining accurate account information and keeping your login credentials secure.
• All communication regarding services or issues should take place through SmmYFit support tickets or verified contact channels.

4. Compliance & Prohibited Use

• Do not use SmmYFit for content or activity that violates any law or platform policy.
• Prohibited: pornography, hate speech, gambling, drugs, weapons, fake engagement, impersonation, political manipulation, or scams.
• You are fully responsible for ensuring your campaigns meet all local and international laws.

5. Orders & Delivery

• Once an order is placed, our system automatically connects with providers and begins processing. Cancellation is possible only before the service enters auto-processing.
• Your account, page, or post must remain public and unchanged during delivery.
• Delivery times are estimates only; speed depends on the provider and platform conditions.
• Completion means the requested quantity was successfully delivered.

6. Quality & Service Limitations

• Engagement quality and retention depend on external providers and can vary.
• SmmYFit provides the ordered metric (likes, followers, views, etc.) but cannot guarantee organic or lasting engagement.
• Placing multiple orders on the same link simultaneously may void guarantees and refunds.

7. Refill & Drop Policy

• Refills apply only to services specifically labeled “Refill”.
• If drops occur, please open a support ticket before placing new orders.
• Refill eligibility is void if you modify your account, link, or privacy settings during the service.

8. Pricing & Taxes

• Service rates may change anytime depending on market and provider conditions.
• All applicable payment gateway charges or taxes are the user’s responsibility.
• Orders are billed according to the rate at the time of purchase.

9. Payments & Chargebacks

• Only authorized payments should be made. Fraudulent transactions lead to permanent account bans.
• Unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension and reversal of delivered metrics.
• Mistaken or off-site transfers are reviewed and refunded as wallet credit if applicable.

10. Refunds & Wallet Credits

• Orders that have not yet started can be canceled and refunded.
• Once a service begins or is completed, it becomes non-refundable.
• If a service fails to deliver within 24–72 hours, a wallet credit may be issued after review.
• Refunds are provided as SmmYFit Wallet credits — not to bank or external accounts.

11. API & Fair Use

• API keys are for personal or authorized business use only.
• Abuse, scraping, reverse-engineering, or exceeding fair limits may result in termination.

12. Intellectual Property

• All trademarks, logos, text, and code on SmmYFit are the property of SmmYFit or its licensors.
• You must have rights to any content or links you submit to the platform.

13. Privacy & Data Use

• We collect limited personal and usage data to deliver and improve services.
• Data may be shared with trusted third-party providers solely for processing orders.

14. Security & Downtime

• We implement reasonable measures to protect data but cannot guarantee full security.
• Scheduled maintenance or provider issues may cause temporary service downtime.
• We are not liable for outages caused by platform bans, policy changes, or external events.

15. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability

• All services are provided “as-is” and “as-available” without any warranties.
• SmmYFit is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Users are responsible for following all platform and legal rules when using our panel.

16. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any disputes will be handled in Sindh courts, unless specified otherwise by your jurisdiction.
• Users should first attempt resolution through support before pursuing any legal action.

17. Changes to Terms

• SmmYFit may modify or update these terms at any time. Updated versions will be posted on this page.
• Continued use of the platform after changes means you accept the revised terms.
